Liebe geschätzte Studierende und Kolleg*innen!



Als Teil der garden group von der Klasse für Alle freue ich mich, euch zur Demo

Rooted Resilience _ A Tree Demonstration einzuladen!



Was heißt das eigentlich?

Wir setzen uns für ökosoziale Veränderung in der Stadt ein. Zusammen lernen wir in Theorie und Praxis über Baumpflanzung, Artenschutz und Gartenpflege und bilden gleichzeitig Netzwerke im Miteinander von Bäumen, Tieren, Mikroorganismen und Menschen.

Wir veranstalten am 26.06. um 18h eine Demonstration für und mit Bäumen im Rahmen der Klima Biennale und des Angewandte Festivals 2024.

Statt Asphalt und Hitze fordern wir mehr Platz für Wurzeln und bessere Luft für ein gesundes Leben!
Mehr Raum für Mikroben, Insekten und Kleintiere, mehr Baumgemeinschaften und Biodiversität für gute Symbiosen und eine gegenseitige Stärkung!

Wir werden Bäume in mehreren Schubkarren durch zwei Wiener Bezirke bewegen und ihnen unsere Stimme leihen.

Für die gesamte Dauer des Angewandte Festivals, vom 26. bis 29. Juni, bleibt die Schubkarren-Baum-Installation zugänglich und es wird möglich sein, Bäume zu adoptieren.

Start: Kreuzung Lampigasse / Scherzergasse, 1020 Wien

Ende: Innenhof-Parkplatz Universität für angewandte Kunst, Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz 2, 1010 Wien



Also, kommt mit! Jung und Alt!

Bringt eure Familien und Freund*innen, Fahrräder, Körbe und Anhänger und macht mit uns und den Bäumen Lärm!

Wer uns bei der Demo unterstützen will und gerne einen Schubkarren schieben, ein Schild tragen oder trommeln will, kann sich bei mir melden. :)

Dear students and colleagues!



As part of the garden group/ Klasse für Alle I´m happy to invite you to join us for

Rooted Resilience _ A Tree Demonstration!



What does that actually mean?

We are dedicated to eco-social change in the city. Together we learn about tree planting, species protection and garden maintenance in theory and practice and at the same time form networks together with trees, animals, microorganisms and humans.

We are organising a demonstration with and for trees on the 26th of June at 6pm as part of Klima Biennale and Angewandte Festival 2024.

Instead of asphalt and urban overheating, we demand more space for trees to root and better air for a healthy living! More space for microbes, insects and small animals, more tree communities and biodiversity for better symbioses and mutual reinforcement!

We will transport trees in several wheelbarrows through two districts of Vienna and lend them our voice.

For the entire duration of the Angewandte Festival, from June 26 to June 29, the wheelbarrow-tree-installation will remain accessible and it will be possible to adopt a tree.

End: Courtyard parking lot, University of Appplied Arts, Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz 2, 1010 Vienna

Bring your family and friends, bikes, baskets and bike-trailers to make noise with us and the trees!
